I can never figure out how to put pictures on here. Maybe one day I'll figure it out!

For some reason photobucket always gives me trouble on here. Maybe I will give it another try.

Put up some coon last night, 5 were big boars seem pretty prime. Might have to invest in a new fleshimg knife, i use the cheap one from fnt, i have blisters on my palms. First time putting up bigger chuncks of fur, i use to usually just put up as i skin so it was usually ones or two but trying something new this year.

I use a Necker 600 fleshing knife. There is probably better out there, but it works good for me.

The Necker 600 comes highly recommended and is definitely on my fur handling list.

I think I'm gonna go ahead and start the week after Thanksgiving. I don't think I can wait any longer than that. I was thinking today that normally I am after the coons right now. I'm not even setting a coon trap this year.

Yep I will have steel in the ground by Thanksgiving. I will pass on the smaller coon but the big guys are getting put up I need the practice. I'm not going to go crazy on them but I am going to have some fur to sell when it's over.
