It don't matter how big they are as long as your catching them!

Oh yeah! Got all sets remade, baited, lured and polyfill removed. final push on this property to grab any straggler coyotes before I move to my next property.

In a good market I don't mind keeping a few possums. I sold one about 4 yrs ago for $10. If I could average that i would be a full time possum trapper. I'm chomping at the bit to get a line back out. Won't be until next week.

If it wasn't for that possum smell I would probably skin more out. That smell gets to me!

Well Its been about a week since I have had a critter in a trap. I was going to go pull all but two sets yesterday but I got off work later than expected and did not get out to the property. There was one coyote still hanging around, I had trail cam pics of him and wanted to pick him up, hence the plan of leaving two sets. Got a call from the land owner this morning I got the yote I was after and his friend! Not close enough to be considered a double but two none the less. Pictures to come. Hope all of you are doing well. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year.

That top yote is caught in one of those new #3 Montgomery's. I've got it by both front feet. They seem to hold real well, but they cut the heck out of the feet. Also I just don't know how many coyote these traps will be able to hold up to. I'll keep setting them and see. That bottom yote is in an MJ 600. First time ever using them and I'm loving them. They really do bed like a dream and looking at it's foot you couldn't even tell it was caught.

Nice dogs fleshing. One thing I do have to say about the Bridger #3 dogless, Even with the laminated jaws, the MB550's are still easier on their feet. The only thing I have seen better than your both front feet yote is a big coon with a dogproof on each hand! That cracks me up every time! Stuck in a trap, got bored and hungry, hey there's more food over here.....crap.
